With over 30 years of experience in movement education, wellness strategy, and community development, Lea Wiens, BSc, BPE, CEP is a pioneer in creating accessible, purpose-driven movement experiences that meet people exactly where they are.

As a Clinical Exercise Physiologist, master facilitator, and lifelong advocate for physical literacy, Lea’s work blends science with soul. From corporate boardrooms to community gyms, from national sport policy to family movement classes, her mission is the same:
